Meet the Founder

Eric is an honors student at UCLA studying Business Economics and Communication. He is passionate about the fields of finance, real estate, and housing policy. He has multiple years of experience working in the  commercial real estate industry, assisting with asset and property management. Additionally, he has worked as a Business Finance and Mathematics Instructor and has held multiple positions as a course grader for undergraduate pre-law classes. Eric has also been thankful to have been able to provide mentorship, counseling, and various events for honors students as the President of the Honors Fellows at UCLA. Ultimately, he hopes to expand upon his previous research and other experiences within affordable housing and public policy to make a difference on this massive societal issue.
